Gather round our state-of-the-art cook stoves to chop, stir and stew seasonal ingredients with our culinary instructors. Each class is unique and focuses on Nantucket’s hand-crafted products and purveyors.
Hosts Greg & Joy welcome you to the heart of our culinary home. The two-story demonstration and classroom space is a comfortable place for conversation, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. Whether you plan on cooking or not, you’ll also get an introductory tour of our world class culinary facility and kitchens.
It’s time to put on your apron! Chef instructors lead the class through the creation of the appetizers, main courses, and dessert. Dishes focus on highlighting the heritage of island farming, fishing, and cooking traditions – at two cookstoves and large classroom space.
Once dinner is ready, classes move to the intimate third-floor private dining room for a candlelit fine dining experience overlooking downtown Nantucket and the harbor beyond. We’ll invite you back to the kitchen for a final toast or coffee as we begin plating the dessert.
