We welcome Chef Aran Goldstein to Nantucket Culinary!
Chef Aran graduated from the New England Culinary Institute and has worked in kitchens in Spain, Portugal, Italy and New York City. His cross cultural experiences have allowed him to hone in on his style and technique which embody a pure and simple approach to cooking. Throughout his career he has had the opportunity to be the opening chef at Saltbox Kitchen where the establishment won ‘Best Casual Restaurant West of Boston’ in his opening year. More recently, he launched Noah’s Table in Worcester, MA
More than anything, Aran enjoys teaching people how to find the joy in cooking nutritious food. For this event, you will work with Aran to create a meal, then move to the private dining room to enjoy and eat together.
Camille Broderick of Camille’s Demi-Hour will also be present during the lunch to serve a selection of Portuguese wine. She will help guide you through the pairings and share her knowledge about Portugal becoming one of the fastest growing wine regions in the world.
