Hands-on Cooking Class – Culinary Basics


Join Chef Greg for a hands-on cooking class to be taken alone or in collaboration with a Thanksgiving Sides class next Saturday, November 18.  Class will begin with basic knife skills and kitchen tips. Then, Chef Greg will lead the class through 3 - 4 simple starter dishes.


Pan Roasted Chicken Breast with Quick Pan Gravy

Mashed Potatoes

Oven Roasted Seasonal Vegetables

Apple and Local Cranberry Crisp and Vanilla Ice Cream


Includes Lesson, Lunch and Libations.
