A Transcendental State: The Nantucket Culinary Champagne Dinner




Champagne’s velvet bubbles have inspired great art, grand music and even madness.

Join Nantucket Culinary for an elegant evening of six transcendental courses paired with Champagne Billecart-Salmon.

Champagne Billecart-Salmon’s Geoffrey Loisel pairs wines with an intimate dinner with Chef Greg Margolis.

Hannah Grady, oyster farmer from Glidden Point in Maine, will share her briny oysters too.
