Join us for a unique cooking event with Bonnie S. Benwick, deputy editor/recipes editor of The Washington Post Food section. Bonnie has promised to create a wonderful class based on "Three-to-five recipes you'll make for the rest of your life", and talk about her writing with Chef Greg as sous chef and narrator.
Bonnie is the author of the weekly Dinner in Minutes column and the monthly One Pan column for The Post Magazine. In 2012, she edited "The Washington Post Cookbook: Readers' Recipe Favorites" (Time Capsule Press). She is also a contributing editor to Moment Magazine and a member of Les Dames d'Escoffier.
