Join the proprietors of Churncraft Butter as they provide an interactive demonstration of their hand powered butter churn. The Frey family has created a product that enhances the food experience by allowing one to make fresh, rich, and creamy butter from scratch. After the demonstration, Chef Greg Margolis will be serving modern takes on traditional brunch dishes while utilizing the freshly churned butter and buttermilk. Enjoy eggs Benedict, scones with strawberry butter, and other delectable bites. For those that enjoy a little bubbly with their brunch, there will be a complimentary glass of Lunetta Prosecco or Veuve de Vernary Rose.
