Spend Tuesday mornings in the chef's kitchen at Nantucket Culinary with visiting chefs, sous-chefs and Chef Greg while learning knife skills and cooking techniques to build your fundamental kitchen skills. Whether you are a novice or an avid cook, this class is for all skill levels and interests. Attendees should wear close-toed shoes and have long hair tied back. Each student will be provided an apron, recipes and tastes. This is a hands-on class so come prepared to learn and cook!
