The Chef’s Workshop – Building the Fundamentals of Cooking


Spend time in the chef's kitchen at Nantucket Culinary with visiting chefs, sous-chefs and Chef Greg learning knife skills and hands-on cooking to build your fundamental kitchen skills.

Sous Vide Creme Brulee

Each participant will be provided an apron, recipes and tastes. Please wear closed-toe shoes & tie long hair back.

Classes limited to 10 people.
