Spend Tuesday mornings in the chef's kitchen at Nantucket Culinary with visiting chefs, sous-chefs and Chef Greg while learning knife skills and cooking techniques to build your fundamental kitchen skills. Whether you are a novice or an avid cook, this class is for all skill levels and interests. Attendees should wear close-toed shoes and have long hair tied back. Each student will be provided an apron, recipes and tastes.

Learn how to create easy but delicious salads to prepare at your own home. Chef Greg will also cover a range of vinaigrettes and dressings to complement your perfect salad.
