Spend Tuesday mornings in the chef's kitchen at Nantucket Culinary with visiting chefs, sous-chefs and Chef Greg while learning knife skills and cooking techniques to build your fundamental kitchen skills. Whether you are a novice or an avid cook, this class is for all skill levels and interests. Attendees should wear close-toed shoes and have long hair tied back. Each student will be provided an apron, recipes and tastes.

Christine is the owner of Happiness Is Catering based in Greenwich, CT and servicing New York City. Happiness Is Catering is a full service event planning company. Owner Christine Salazar got her start in the kitchen at The French Cooking School in Manhattan, Cordon Bleu in London, and The International Pastry Arts School. These world renowned schools helped her to fine tune her skills and begin Happiness Is Catering and Cafe. Twenty eight years later, Happiness Is Catering continues the journey through several growth spurts and kitchen locations. Their catering options include breakfast, buffet dinners, photo-shoots, barbecues, wedding stations, box luncheons and so much more. Based on your guest count they will work with your budget, recommend service help, and design your personalized menu. They are happy to help plan the table settings, quote rentals, wine pairings, and flowers to complete your celebration!
