Cooking Basics – Ingredients, Technique and Flavor


Join Chef Greg Margolis for this popular cooking class:  Cooking Basics. Work with Greg to explore the importance of cooking with fresh ingredients, using modern and classic techniques and mixing flavors.

Menu based on locally sourced ingredients - expect some knife skills, conversation about local food, and how to cook intuitively.

Class will conclude with light bites around noon.
