Join Chef Greg Margolis, for a recreational lunch-time cooking class in the cooking school at Nantucket Culinary Center. Just two blocks from the ferry, this is the perfect way to spend a rainy day on Nantucket!
What to Expect: During this class, participants will put on an apron and discover how fun it can be to make pasta from scratch, cook a simple airline chicken breast, and make a simple salad more exciting by adding fresh fruit, nuts and home-made dressing.
