Explore Middle-Eastern Cuisine with Chef Greg

The off-season is in full swing! Invite some friends to get out of the house and reserve spots to watch Chef Greg prepare an artfully crafted and locally sourced meal. Grab a drink and gather around to watch as he walks you through some of his favorite cooking techniques. As you watch enjoy a fresh, flavorful feast of the season’s best bounty.

Ticket includes demonstration, dinner and drinks. Limited to 22 people.

Prepared before your eyes:

Fresh made hummus with assorted garnish

Mezze Platter

Expanding on the hummus flavors we will feature several different fresh made salads, dips, and spreads featuring seasonal vegetables and legumes.

Oven roasted Chicken Schwarma with spiced Labné and Syrian style lentils with

            winter greens.

Semolina Cake with Chamomile syrup and spiced chai.
