Explore Middle-Eastern Cuisine with Chef Greg

Description

The off-season is in full swing! Invite some friends to get out of the house and reserve spots to watch Chef Greg prepare an artfully crafted and locally sourced meal. Grab a drink and gather around to watch as he walks you through some of his favorite cooking techniques. As you watch enjoy a fresh, flavorful feast of the season’s best bounty.

Ticket includes demonstration, dinner and drinks. Limited to 22 people.

Middle Eastern Cuisine Menu

Meze (mixed starter)

Barzagan Salad (bulgur, walnuts, and tamarind salad)

            Persian carrots and black eyed peas

    Spiced Labne

Salad

            Green apple Fattoush (fresh salad with sumac vinaigrette and pita croutons)

Entrée

            Chicken Schwarma (Spiced chicken with aromatic rice)

Dessert

            Assorted Mediterranean Cookies
