Dinner and Demonstration with Chef Greg

Description

Reserve spots to watch Chef Greg prepare an artfully crafted and locally sourced meal, watch as he walks you through some of his favorite cooking techniques, then enjoy a family-style meal in the kitchen.

This dinner demonstration is based on Chef Greg's interest in cooking seasonally and from various local farms.

In like a lion and out like a lamb dinner.

Raw spring vegetables with herbed tahini

Salad of early spring greens, peas, and radishes.

Spiced and roasted whole leg of lamb with fried herbs and seeds, roasted sunchokes, and spring parsnips.

Rhubarb buckle with vanilla ice cream.

Limited to 16 people. Ticket includes demonstration and dinner. Cash bar opens at 6 p.m. Dinner at 7 p.m.
