I went to cooking school in Crete; learned Southern, Cajun, and Creole cooking in Texas, and then became a local legend for wild game cooking in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. From all of these experiences and influences came the essence of The Durango Chef. Being a home chef has been a sheer delight for me.
