Learn how to build a delicious, wholesome Nourish Bowl with roasted radishes and carrots, smashed chickpeas, wild rice, pistachios, dried cranberries, avocados, and a homemade lemony vinaigrette. The ingredient combinations are endless.

Liz Weiss, MS, RDN, is a registered dietitian, cookbook author, food blogger and podcaster. She's the voice behind the Liz's Healthy Table podcast and blog and a regular chef guest on Boston 25 News. Her approach to food and nutrition is one of celebration versus deprivation. Liz advocates (and eats) a mostly plant-based, Mediterranean-style diet, rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and seafood, and Nourish Bowls (AKA Power Bowls, Buddha Bowls, and Grain Bowls) are a favorite dinner in her household, both here on Nantucket and in Lexington, MA.
