Comfort Me with Fall Flavors

Description

September is for savoring and unwinding after a busy Summer. Join Sarah Leah Chase as she teaches us how to prepare the perfect meals of September, and comfort food for fall.

What to Expect: During this demonstration, you will get the chance to meet Sarah Leah Chase, caterer, cooking teacher, and prolific writer whose books—including The Silver Palate Good Times Cookbook (as coauthor) and Nantucket Open-House Cookbook—have over 3.4 million copies in print. In this demonstration, Sarah draws from her memories of growing up in Connecticut and Maine; her experience living and cooking on Cape Cod; and her extensive travels meeting farmers, fishermen, and chefs.
