Here, at the Culinary Center, we are always looking to share our facilities with such talent. Join us as we welcome Chef Kwan into our kitchen for a Thai Fruit Carving and Thai Luncheon.
Chef Kwan grew up in southern Thailand, and through tradition, became familiar with the kitchen at an early age in order to help her mother cook for the rest of the family. While Kwan has a very simplistic style to cooking, you will find a lot of intricate sculptural details put into her dishes as a result from time spent studying art at the University of Thailand. After many years of cooking, this truly amazing chef hardly relies on the guidance of recipes, rather, she cooks from her heart and commits it all to memory.
