For Chef Greg, he likes to walk down to Bookworks or Mitchell’s and peruse the cookbooks.

On Thanksgiving Saturday, Greg invites you to explore the cuisine of Matt Jennings's new book, HOMEGROWN. As he prepares, serves, and talks you through these recipes, you will get the opportunity to taste the unique combination of flavors that influence the renowned and vibrant restaurant Townsman in Downtown Boston.
