Annie Hauser has been a personal chef for the past 13 years - both in the US and abroad. She has a culinary degree from a community college in Delaware and has continued her education with courses in Healthy Cooking at the CIA Greystone and the Natural Gourmet Institute in NYC. She has a passion for food and its beautiful power to bring people together and describes her culinary approach as healthy comfort food. Annie is delighted to join forces with the Nantucket Culinary Center and bring you some of her Fall Favorites!
Ros Hatch is a personal chef who specializes in crafting delicious, nutrient-rich meals. As a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and the New School ofCooking in Los Angeles, CA, Ros has developed a passion for farm-to-table tastes. It is Ros’ mission to prepare and serve wholesome meals bursting with flavor and good health, as well as create excitement for healthful, flavorful food.
