Healthy Habits for the New Year


Chef Greg Margolis and R.D. Kathleen Minihan will be teaming up for this demonstration style class. They will discuss simple nutrition strategies to help support/inspire healthy habits for the new year. Greg will demonstrate three basic meals - breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Discussion and strategies will follow.  Light bites will be offered throughout class.


Kathleen Minihan is a Registered Dietitian with a Masters in Nutrition and Health Promotion. Kathleen is the founder of MiniNutrition offering a lifestyle approach to health, incorporating sound science and small sustainable changes that create positive and lifelong health habits.
