Curious about Sous Vide? Join Chef Greg as he de-mystifies the art of cooking with a water bath. Learn home methods and gadgets that will be make sous vide easier than its fancy name might suggest. This is a hands-on class that includes demonstration, drinks and appetizers, dinner. Limited to 12. Includes tax and gratuity.
