Mexican Street Food with Ivan Cecena


Mexico is known for its street food found in roadside stalls and markets throughout the country. Learn about traditional Mexican street food with Ivan Cecena, former Chef de Cuisine at Corazon Del Mar.

Ivan was born in the deep of Sonora Desert and grew up in Hermosillo. As soon as he was able to leave his home-state, he started to travel all around Mexico learning about the food of his great country.

In this live cooking demonstration and dinner, Ivan will show how to prepare some classic Mexican street foods.
