Welcome back Kathleen Sanderson, chef and instructor at many New England cooking schools including Natirar, Kings Cooking Studio, Mumford’s Culinary Center, Classic Thyme, Adventures in Cooking, and the The Kitchen Shoppe.
While the summer months are gone, fall is a beautiful season to enjoy on Nantucket. Celebrate the equally delicious bounty that fall has to offer with a hands-on cooking class. Participants will learn knife skills, cooking techniques, tips and tricks under the guidance of Chef Kathleen. The evening will conclude with dinner in the dining room.
