Welcome back Kathleen Sanderson, chef and instructor at many New England cooking schools including Natirar, Kings Cooking Studio, Mumford’s Culinary Center, Classic Thyme, Adventures in Cooking, and the The Kitchen Shoppe.
Learn how to make classic New England dishes by participating in a hands-on cooking class. Participants will learn knife skills, cooking techniques, tips and tricks under the guidance of Chef Kathleen. The evening will conclude with dinner in the dining room. We encourage attendees to tie long hair back and wear closed toe shoes in the kitchen. Aprons will be provided for wear during the class.
