Nantucket Culinary is pleased to present our Kids in the Kitchen Sous Chef Summer Program, a series of cooking classes for budding sous chefs.
Meet Pastry Chef Amanda Baker, who is ready to create a true kitchen experience for kids 9 and up.
We've created a wonderful curriculum focusing on experiential learning in our beautiful kitchens, including recipe review, equipment overview, kitchen safety, and tour of the kitchen classroom.
August 2, 2019 - 9:30 - 11:30 am, 1st floor at Nantucket Culinary, 22 Federal Street right above The Corner Table Cafe.
Learn how to create three different meringues and take home dacquoise cookie drops. This is a very nut friendly class.
Please send students with closed-toed shoes and hair pulled back.
