Keep the kids entertained this SPRING BREAK with this daily, three hour workshop with Chef Greg. Kids will learn age-appropriate skills that focus on knife and stove handling, kitchen cleanliness, proper table service and flower arranging.
Throughout the week, students will work towards putting together a family meal that they will host at the end of the session.
Dates: Monday - Thursday, April 16 - 19
Time: 1 - 4 PM
Note: Thursday's class will run from 2 - 5 PM. Dinner will be from 5 - 6 PM. **Kids will serve dinner**

Taco Tuesday! Pickled Red Cabbage. Pico de Gallo. Toasted Spice Blend. Spiced Ground Turkey.
Fresh Pasta. Cheese Tortellini. Alfredo Sauce. Tomato Sauce.
Culmination in learning. Chicken Parmesan. Grilled Zucchini Salad. Garlic Bread.
