Join Chef Greg Thursday, Friday and Saturday (Dec. 27, 28, 29) during Winter Break from 10 a.m. to 12:30 pm. to explore culinary techniques and styles.
This series will teach age appropriate skills, such as knife, stove, cleanliness and proper table service.
Kids will prepare portions of the meal throughout the week, culminating in a family meal with service by the students on Saturday, December 29 from 5:30 - 7:00 p.m.
Appropriate for kids 8 - 14 year olds!
