Join Chef Greg Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (Dec. 27, 28, 29) during Winter Break from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. to explore culinary techniques and styles.
Class will teach age appropriate skills, such as knife, stove, cleanliness and proper table service. Kids will prepare portions of the meal throughout the week, culminating in a family meal with service by the students.
Dinner for family to attend on Friday, December 29 from 5:30 - 7:00 p.m.
Appropriate for kids 8 - 14 year olds!
Limited to 14 kids.
