Keep the kids entertained this winter break at the Culinary Center where they can take a hands-on mini series that explore culinary techniques. During this three day course, Chef Greg will teach age appropriate skills that focus on knife and stove handling, kitchen cleanliness and proper table service. Throughout the week, students will work towards putting together a family meal that they will host at the end of the session. The dinner for family to attend will be held on Friday, December 29 from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm.
