Held at the new Nantucket Culinary Center, Nantucket Young Chef Academy offers aspiring young chefs, grades 3-5 and 6-8, the opportunity to learn with Chef Greg Margolis of the Nantucket Culinary Center. Most importantly, young chefs discover that food preparation & service can be creative and fun!
Each week, there will be a 2 hour session - Wednesdays - 3rd to 5th grades and Thursdays - 6th to 8th grades. Students will gain knowledge of ingredients and hands-on experience of cooking and baking techniques - along with many opportunities to sample their creations.
