Cooking with Love – Wine and Food Pairing with Champagne Billecart-Salmon


Join Chef Greg and amazing Sommelier, Camille Broderick for a demonstration dinner at Nantucket Culinary. Camille is host of Camille's Demi-hour on 89.5 FM, an epicurean show highlighting local chefs, restauranteurs, fisherman, and sommeliers on Nantucket.

We are excited to work with Camille on this signature event. Greg and Camille will lead guests through the basics of each wine and and how it pairs with the course.

Artisan Cheeses

Oysters with Lemon Verbena Granita

Scallops Mornay

Pan roasted Game Hen with vegetables

Chocolate Mousse vs. Sabayon

This event is limited to 24 people.

Ticket includes 2 seats, demonstration,  dinner and drinks.

Must be 21 to attend.
