Lunch at The Chef’s Table


It’s summer, you’re on vacation and the only priorities for the day are to relax and have fun.

That doesn’t mean you have to interrupt your perfect day to worry about what to make or where to go for lunch.

Instead, pop into town and participate in a lunch demo at the Culinary Center.

To take the work out of lunch, Chef Greg invites you to join him in the demonstration room where he will prepare your meal using seasonal produce and walk you through his process.

Menu for this special Sunday Lunch: 

Tuckernuck Clam Chowder

Composed salad with chilled poached scallops and simple vinaigrette

Shaved vegetable salad with tarragon vinaigrette

Treats and Cookies from The Corner Table Cafe
