In this first cooking demonstration, participants will learn how to make two healthy meals that they can immediately incorporate into their weekly meal plan.
Chef Greg Margolis & Kathleen Minihan R.D. will work together to share the skills and knowledge to send participants home with.
The primary goal is to encourage small changes instead of extreme resolutions that are unrealistic for long term success.
Ticket includes demonstration, dinner and drinks. Attendees will leave with recipes.
