A FATHER’S DAY BRUNCH – BUBBLES – BOOK SIGNING with Chef Matt Jennings

Description

Join Nantucket Culinary in welcoming Chef Matt Jennings for a special Brunch on Sunday, June 17. Matt will cook and share insights directly from his cookbook, Homegrown, and his restaurant Townsman. 

Menu: 

Buttermilk & Cheddar Biscuits with Pork Pate & Apricot Jam

New England Cheeses, Accompaniments, & Pickles 

Eggs Benedict with Charred Asparagus & Sesame

Bartlett's Farm Greens Salad with a Seaweed Vinaigrette

Chef Jennings has been nominated for several James Beards awards, has been called the ambassador of New England Cuisine and won best restaurant Food & Wine Magazine.  He is also the four time winner of the pig festival Cochon 555.
