NantucketGrown Dinner as part of Sustainable Nantucket’s NantucketGrown Food Festival

Kick off the NantucketGrown Food Festival weekend with an intimate family style dinner prepared by Chef Greg Margolis and featuring the NantucketGrown bounty of the fall season. Enjoy a 4-course meal and wine surrounded by friends new and old. Chef Greg will be cooking in the dining room and sharing stories about the good, the bad and the ugly of trying to source local on Nantucket.

Washashore Farm Greens with Quick Pickled Radish Salad

Alden's Island-Grown Mushrooms, Polenta Cake, Roasted Local Turnips & Romanesco

Local Waters Cod with Braised Chard and Tomatoes with Roasted Squash, Pine Nuts & Cider Syrup

Wind Swept Cranberry Cobbler with Lavender Creme Fraiche
