<strong>Cooking with Kids- Cooking Basics.
Topics will include age appropriate knife skills, oven safety, mise en place, basic sauces, veggie and protein preparation.
Wednesdays 3:00pm-4:30pm January 25th, February 1st, 8th, 15th, and 3:00pm-5:00pm on February 22nd.
$160.00 includes material fees.
The last class will include a take home meal for your family.

Class are held at the Nantucket Culinary Center - 22 Federal Street. Please bring your child upstairs and check them in with their instructor. If you child has any allergies please be sure to include them with your registration information.
These forms may be brought with you the day of or dropped off at either NCS office location - 128 Old South Road or 56 Centre Street.
