Sustainable Sushi with Chef Bun Lai – Signature Event of NantucketGrown Food Festival

We are thrilled to welcome Chef Bun Lai of Miya’s Sushi in New Haven, CT – the first sustainable sushi restaurant in the world – to this year’s NantucketGrown Food Festival. Bun Lai and Miya’s has been featured wide range of publications including National Geographic, Time Magazine, The New York Times, Scientific American and many more.

He will share his documentary short, Blind Sushi, that was a 2018 James Beard Award finalist followed by a discussion and finally a tasting of sustainable sushi.

This is an event that is not to be missed.

Ticket price includes sushi, sips and short film Blind Sushi.
