The luncheon will be filled with good company and a delicious sampling of recipes from Mexican Today, served family style in our demonstration kitchen.

A little more about Pati's Passion:
Happily torn between two countries, Pati was born and raised in Mexico City and is now raising a Mexican-American family. Pati is a former political analyst turned resident Chef of the Mexican Cultural Institute Washington DC. A knowledgeable, approachable, and entertaining storyteller, Pati uncovers stories of her native land and of Latinos in the US. Pati enjoys challenging stereotypes about Mexican food, people and culture, as she reveals the unexpected character of Mexican cooking through her creative solutions for busy Americans.
