As we approach Nantucket's 2018 Wine and Food Festival, Nantucket Culinary will host an intimate preview weekend highlighting wineries of cultural significance.
Before you drift away to thoughts of wineries overseas, we are excited to bring your attention back to The United States as we open our doors to 2nd generation vintner, President and co-owner, Anna Maria Ponzi of Ponzi Vineyards. During this afternoon reception and tasting, Ms. Ponzi will explain the genesis of the sustainable Oregon winemaking scene and how it has grown to become the travel destination it is today.
Hors d’oeuvres will be served along with the wine tasting, and a separate dinner will follow where you will have the opportunity to taste additional celebrated vintages being produced in the Willamette Valley, Oregon.
