Paired perfectly with white and red varietals, Chef Greg will cook a seasonal Portuguese menu focused on their seaside traditions.
As you sit down to enjoy a multi-course meal, Camille, a connoisseur of wine, will use her expertise to perfectly pair each course with a corresponding wine from Portugal, provided by M.S. Walker Fine Wine and Spirits.
You will have the opportunity to discuss wine on a more intimate level as she reveals what is making Portugal’s craft flourish within the market, and why these wines are becoming known as wines of remarkable value and why the US is the largest consumer.
