Cook a Spring Meal with Roz Hatch and Bruce Beni


In this class we will teach  how prepare and cook one of  Nantucket’s most prevalent shellfish, the humble clam. 


Bruce Beni and Roz Hatch will show you how to clean and open the clams , what type of clams can be used for different dishes , and prepare an easy delicious dinner . 


This will be a hands on dinner and the menu will be Local Farm Green Salad from Cheryl Emery of Ack Sweet Water Farm, Clams Casino, Bruce Beni's famous Clams Linguine and Strawberry Shortcake .
