The Fine Art of Cracker Making paired with wines, Moody’s charcuterie and Pâté


Join Tracy Tanner Craig, owner/manager of The Savory Root Farm & Kitchen (www.thesavoryroot.com)--an artisan cracker company and cooking school in southwest New Hampshire, and learn how to make handmade, small-batch artisan crackers with the best that seasonal and regional has to offer!

Committed to using regional ingredients for all her crackers, Tracy will showcase the best and brightest in Nantucket ingredients during her demonstration.  Can’t have an empty cracker, so we’ll show you how to make a few accoutrements—Caramelized Onion Jam and paired with New Hampshire Rustic Pork Pate and our favorite sips.
