Postponed to this class: Bay Scallop Class
For the month of December, join Chef Greg in a 3-part series of hands-on cooking classes. For the first class, participants will prepare seasonal sheet pan dinners. Each hands-on class is limited to twelve people. Three groups of four will each prepare a unique holiday meal using a single sheet pan. At completion, all students will share the three dinners and compare and contrast the process and techniques used.
