Hands-on Cooking Class – Thanksgiving Sides Made Easy

Description

It’s Thanksgiving and you’re in charge of the side dishes! How does one choose what side to make when the options are endless? Before the big holiday, join Chef Greg for a hands-on cooking class that will help guide you through making delectable, stress-free Thanksgiving side dishes.

Class will begin with basic knife skills and kitchen tips before the preparation of 3 simple side dishes that will easily complement the rest of the meal.

Cider Glazed Butternut Squash and Apples

Bacon Apple and Cornbread Stuffing

Brussel Sprout Gratin/Casserole
