Filleting Fish Demonstration with Captain Bill followed by Hands-on Cooking Lesson and Luncheon with Chef Greg Margolis

Watch Nantucket’s last remaining offshore commercial fisherman, Captain Bill Blount of the Ruthie B. FSV fillet a freshly caught fin-fish, and then learn by doing by preparing a meal featuring that fish and other NantucketGrown ingredients under the guidance of Executive Chef Greg Margolis of Nantucket Culinary. Afterwards, repair to the private dining room at NC to enjoy a full repast.
