Support budding talent and enjoy a multi-course dinner paired with drinks prepared by local sous chef Michael Ricker of Black-Eyed Susan's.

Menu: 

Little Gem Lettuce Salad

Poached Egg, Parmesan, Brioche and Herb Crumb, & Garlic Dressing

Scallops

Sunchoke Puree, Toasted Hazelnuts, Brown Butter Vinaigrette, & Mustard Greens 

Roasted Loin of Pork

Pretzel Spatzle, Braised Red Cabbage, & Whole Grain Mustard Creme Fraiche

Mocha Pot de Creme with Whipped Cream & Chocolate Cookies
