Come spend the morning with Kathleen Sanderson, instructor at Natirar at Ninety Acres Culinary Center in New Jersey and former Food Editor/Test Kitchen Director. Each class focuses on a special culinary journey – including classes centered on seasonal entertaining and world cuisine. This class will focus on creating the perfect summer buffet. Menu will include: Antipasto Skewers, Grilled Lemon & Herb Chicken Paillards w/ Roasted Red Pepper Sauce, Orecchiette Pasta Provencal, Grilled Asparagus with lemon & Shallots and Mascarpone Stuffed Strawberries.
What to Expect:
- The class lasts is 2.5 - 3 hours and is limited to 12 participants.
- Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
- Samples and treats will be offered during the class.
- Class may end in a shared meal or take-aways.
