Looking for a new and exciting way to spend the evening with family or friends? Nantucket Culinary Center has you covered with our cooking class: The Summer Table with Jim Wilson. Spend the evening learning something new, eating delicious food and making new friends as you work together in a fun, hands-on environment. The classes will be taught by Chef Jim Wilson, an accomplished chef known for his tenure at Chez Panisse in Berkeley, CA.

What to Expect: In this class, you will get the chance to meet our visiting instructor, Chef Jim Wilson. An accomplished chef, Jim received his formal training at l’Ecole de Cuisine La Varenne in Paris, France, worked beside Alice Waters at Chez Panisse inBerkeley, CA and established Jim Wilson Cooking in Summit, NJ. Jim has spent his culinary career trying to instill two basic principles he is passionate about: first, cook from the seasons and second, keep it simple.
- The class and meal is limited to 12 participants.
- Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
- This class ends in a meal together.
