Supper at the Chef’s Table

Description

Invite some friends to get out of the house to watch Chef Greg prepare an artfully crafted and locally sourced meal, focusing on Nantucket cuisine and traditions.

Grab a drink and gather around to watch as he walks you through some of his favorite techniques. As you watch enjoy a fresh, flavorful feast of the season’s best bounty.

Antipasto

Poached Scallops with celery, fennel, and fresh herb

Grilled Summer squash and sweet onion

Slow cooked Lamb shoulder, mint Chimichurri, Curried CousCous.

Rhubarb buckle with vanilla ice cream

Ticket includes demonstration, dinner and drinks.

Limited to 24 people.
